The aim was to highlight the amount of plastic in our oceans. Showing washed-up pieces of plastic as dirty, unpleasant and harmful.
I collected hundreds of plastic items washed up in the Thames estuary and had them shot in high definition.
These were used to inform the imperfections in the typeface and as a backdrop to the hard-hitting messages in the campaign toolkit.
